With more than 35 years of experience in the beauty industry, Lisa Gordon brings a wealth of knowledge, artistry, and passion to her work behind the chair. Her career has taken her across North America, where she has earned a reputation for exceptional technical skill and a deep commitment to education.

Lisa began her career training under Martin Parsons in Toronto, Canada, before establishing her business in Cincinnati, Ohio. She later became a corporate educator, traveling across the country to train hairstylists in more than 350 salons.

Her professional journey eventually brought her to Denver, Colorado, where she worked with some of the beauty industry’s most respected professional brands, including Redken, Paul Mitchell, Wella, Schwarzkopf, and L’Oréal Professionnel.

In 2014, Lisa fulfilled her dream of becoming a salon owner with the opening of F.u.e.l. Salon & Spa in Denver. The business has since grown to include two successful salon locations. Throughout her career, Lisa has remained passionate about mentoring hairstylists, sharing her knowledge, and helping other beauty professionals grow.

Recently, Lisa and her husband relocated to Marin County, fulfilling another dream of living in the Bay Area. Now working independently inside MBS Salon in Mill Valley, Lisa is excited to bring her decades of experience to clients throughout Marin County.

Known for building strong, lasting relationships with her clients, Lisa prioritizes thoughtful consultations and highly personalized service. She values her clients’ time and takes pride in her efficiency, attention to detail, and flexibility.
